Return & Refund Policy

At FARA Design, we take pride in producing high-quality garments and custom pieces. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders
All custom-designed items are made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.

The only exception is if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or there is a printing error. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Please note that once a design is confirmed and printed, we cannot accept returns based on preferences such as size, design choice, or personal expectations. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items
For standard (non-custom) products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must not be damaged or worn
The item must be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
